Launch your own branded seal oil supplement. We produce to your label artwork and regulatory requirements — Health Canada NPN, EU Supplement, or Chinese GACC-registered nutraceutical.
Full-service softgel encapsulation at our HACCP-certified facility. 500mg standard capsule size. 12,500 capsules per export carton. Scalable from pilot batches to full container loads.
For brands with existing encapsulation capacity, we supply refined oil in bulk 190 kg or 200 kg drums — pharmaceutical or edible grade, with full CoA and export documentation.
OEM Process
Submit your product requirements. We execute a mutual NDA before sharing proprietary formulation data.
We dispatch a sample lot with full Certificate of Analysis for your lab to validate Omega-3 profile, purity, and compliance.
Agree on minimum order quantities, pricing tiers, and packaging specifications. Standard MOQ is 1 carton (12,500 capsules) for finished goods.
HACCP-controlled production run with third-party quality inspection at the Saskatoon refinery before export.
Full CFIA, GACC, and CITES documentation prepared. FCL or LCL container booking coordinated to your destination port.
